The Dryvit Profi Construction Service and Trading Ltd. – briefly the Dryvit Profi Ltd. – was promoted in 2005. It is a fully Hungarian-owned company. Our base is located in Debrecen.
In 2020 we dreamed a big – to solve the housing problemmes of our own workers and that of the local and surrounding companies we established the STAY Apartment Debrecen. This building is a professional residence, which is able to satisfy the special needs of workers.
The Aprtment can host 184 occupants at the same time. It is located in the nearby of the North-Western Economical Zone of Debrecen. The building was officially opened at the end of 2022 and is offering a nice and cosy living atmosphere for workers, near the city centre. The STAY Apartment Debrecen can be found in Józsa, which is less than 3 kms away from the chief town of the county. Though the building is located in green surroundings, next to the Tócó-brook, it is still an integral part of the settlement.
Our Apartmenthouse is characterised by warm colours and pure style, where our Guests can feel themselves at home. It is a three-storey building, with 46 rooms, each appropriate for hosting 4 persons.
Each room (independently from its size) has its own kitchenett and bathroom.
The propitious and comfortable accomodation is ensured by terraces and balconies belonging to each room, and big shaded, furnished terraces on the top storey.
On the ground-floor a climatised, cosy lounge with TV and a big, furnished open-air area give place for social life.
The community kitchens on each floor are planned for cooking and common dining. Beside the basic equipments there are coffee machines, boilers and toasters for the service of the guests.
Behind the building guests can take a rest in the a partly covered, well furnished pergola, from where you have a view on the spacious landscaped garden. From the balconies you can take pleasure in the view of the nearby forests.
During the summer the outdoor cooking facility can be a perfect place for common cooking, organizing parties, or refreshing yourself at the end of a tiresome workday.
Our guests can use the free parking plot in front of the Hostel, which is partly under video controll.
The costs of the energy consumtion and the operation of the building is extremely favourable. While the cooling and heating system of each room can be operated individually, even with a cell-phone, the operational costs of each apartment can be calculated separately.
The sense of security is strenghtened by a non-stop reception service and safety guards.
Thank to the perfect location of the accomodation our guests can be totally self-sufficient here. The modern kitchens satisfies all demands, and all raw materials can be bought within a few hundred meters from the Apartment. At the same time, if You would like to have culinary pleasure, really good taverns, restaurants and buffets can be found in the nearby.
Those, who tend to spend their freetime actively, can find many possibilities, like sight-seeing, touring, biking, fishing, and other sport facilities close to the Hostel. Even the settlement has a great variety of cultural programmes during the whole year. Our Hostel offers more freetime activites.
The location of the STAY Apartment Debrecen, the vicinity of the city centre, the short distance from the nearby cities make the Hostel an ideal permanent living place for the employees of companies, firms and institutions.
Approachability:
The Apartmenthouse can be approached from the M35 motorway, or on the nr 35 highway from Debrecen. By train it can be reached through the Debrecen-Tiszalök railroad-line (Józsa railway station).
Regarding community transportation, the buses of both the local (Debrecen-Józsa) and the coach services can take you here.
STAY Apartment offers since 2022 high-quality, fully equipped double apartments only a few minutes’ drive from Debrecen, in a quiet environment. We are primarily for employees of domestic enterprises and foreign companies settling in Debrecen and its surroundings, at disposal.
