Dryvit Profi Ltd. was established in 2005 as a fully Hungarian-owned company. Our head office is located in Debrecen, Hungary.
In 2020, we embarked on an ambitious project to create a professional accommodation facility that would provide a solution to the housing needs of our own employees as well as those of companies in the surrounding area. This vision resulted in the creation of STAY Apartment Debrecen, a modern accommodation facility designed to meet the needs of both employees and employers.
Our 184-bed employee accommodation facility was built in Debrecen, right next to the North-West Economic Zone. Opened at the end of 2022, STAY Apartment Debrecen offers high-quality accommodation in a convenient location close to the city center, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for those working in the area. Located in the Józsa district of Debrecen, just 3 kilometers from the city center, STAY Apartment Debrecen is surrounded by greenery and situated near the Tócó Stream, offering a peaceful setting while remaining an integral part of the city’s everyday life.
The apartment building features a warm, modern interior with a clean and elegant design, allowing our guests to enjoy a true home-away-from-home experience. The ground-floor plus two-storey building includes 46 rooms, each accommodating up to four guests in a practical 2+2 bed layout.
Our air-conditioned rooms come in various sizes and each is equipped with a private, fully functional kitchen and bathroom.
To ensure comfortable accommodation and a pleasant stay for our guests, the ground-floor rooms feature private terraces, the first-floor rooms have balconies or loggias, while the upper-floor rooms offer spacious terraces protected by shading systems.
On the ground floor, a cozy lounge area equipped with a television and air conditioning, as well as a communal outdoor space furnished with terrace furniture next to the entrance, provides an ideal setting for socializing and relaxation.
The shared kitchens available on every floor have been designed to support more extensive cooking and communal dining. In addition to the standard equipment, they are also equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
Behind the building, guests can relax on the large, partly covered terrace furnished with outdoor seating, overlooking the spacious landscaped garden extending behind the property. From the upper-floor terraces, guests can enjoy views of the surrounding forests.
During the summer season, the outdoor cooking area in the garden provides the perfect setting for evening barbecues, gatherings, and unwinding after a long day of work.
Guests arriving by car can park free of charge in our closed parking area located directly in front of the accommodation, which is partially monitored by security cameras.
Our building offers highly efficient operation with exceptionally favorable energy and maintenance costs. Thanks to the individually controlled heating and cooling system, which can also be managed via mobile phone, we are able to provide apartment-based individual cost calculation.
A 24-hour reception service and security personnel further enhance the sense of safety and comfort for our guests.
Thanks to its excellent location, our accommodation allows guests to enjoy a comfortable and independent stay. The fully equipped kitchens provide everything needed for everyday cooking, and all necessary ingredients can be easily purchased nearby. For those who prefer dining out, a variety of well-known restaurants, local eateries, and cafés can be found in the immediate vicinity and within a short distance of the accommodation.
Guests looking to relax and spend their free time actively can enjoy a wide range of leisure activities in the surrounding area, including sightseeing, hiking, cycling, fishing, and various sports activities. Access
Our apartment house is easily accessible by car via the M35 motorway or Main Road 35 from the directions of Debrecen and Hajdúböszörmény. By rail, Józsa can be reached via the Debrecen–Tiszalök railway line.
The property is also well served by public transport. Both regional and local bus services operating between Debrecen and Józsa provide convenient and reliable connections.
